About the Author


BIOGRAPHY Steven M.F. Cohen is a Secular Franciscan, husband & father. He grew up in New York City where he attended the High School of Performing Arts, Queens College & the Manhattan School of Music. He is an elementary school teacher with over 30 years experience. While living in the city he taught at the United Nations International School. He is currently teaching music & conducting a childrens chorus in an inner city school in Upstate New York. He is a professional Santa and Father Christmas and is currently working on a book entitled: Confessions of a Shopping Mall Santa. He has written several childrens books yet to be published. He has been developing an exercise that he calls: Tai Ki Ro which is based on the principles and movements from Tai Chi and Aikido. He has lots of critters both domestic and feral. He enjoys playing the accordion and canoeing. He composed music for the Serenity Prayer and the Lords Prayer which can be heard on YouTubes: smfcohen Channel.
